New Paper: “Democracy, Disagreement, and Authority”
Response to a Symposium in the American Journal of Jurisprudence
In June, the American Journal of Jurisprudence published a symposium on Common Good Constitutionalism, based on an earlier event held at Oxford. The participants included such luminaries as our own Conor Casey, Nick Barber, Dominic Burbidge, Richard Ekins, John Tasioulas, and Rachael Walsh.
My response to the symposium, titled “Democracy, Disagreement, and Authority” is now posted on SSRN and forthcoming in the AJJ. The abstract is below.
Hope you enjoy!
